Refunds and cancellations

We offer refunds for first-time subscription charges requested within 14 days of purchase. This helps teams evaluate the product without long-term risk.

To request a refund, contact us at support@planning-poker.com. Include your account email and order details so we can process your request quickly.

Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all orders. Refunds may be processed by Paddle on our behalf according to this policy.

If you cancel your subscription, future renewals stop immediately. You keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

We may decline refund requests for charges outside the refund window, repeated abuse of the policy, or chargeback-related cases.
